Energy is not limited by time and space. It flows beyond physical boundaries, allowing me to connect with you wherever you are, from the comfort of your own home.
These distance sessions gently weave together Reiki, intuitive energy awareness, trance healing, and heart-centred breathwork. You are invited to simply relax and receive.
Working with your energy field, I follow what is naturally ready to shift, supporting release, balance, and a sense of ease. Energy work is a gentle, supportive practice that promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, and supports overall well-being and inner peace. It also supports emotional and physical balance and will not affect any other treatments you may be undertaking at the time.
Each session is intuitively guided, allowing healing energy to flow where it is most needed. As an intuitive healer, my spirit guides, along with yours, may also assist during your session.
You need only to be open to receiving and allow yourself the time to rest.
You may wish to set a gentle intention for what you would like support with or what you would like to receive. This is not required, but it can be a meaningful way to guide your session.
Choosing multiple sessions allows the energy to gently integrate over time, supporting deeper transformation, clarity, and overall well-being.

What to Expect
Before your session, I will contact you and ask you to complete a consent form, along with a brief overview of any medical conditions or concerns. This is confidential and allows me to hold a safe and supportive space for your session, as well as understand what you are seeking.
We will also discuss how the session will run and what you may experience.
For your distance session, I ask that you find a quiet and safe place where you can relax without interruptions. Setting an intention beforehand can be helpful; the most important thing is that you are open to receiving and allowing. After your session, we will discuss what has come through in your energy and light work. I will then follow up with you a few days later to check in and see how you are feeling.

Soul Guidance Readings
A soul guidance reading is an invitation to reconnect with your inner knowing, your path and the deeper layers of your lifes direction.

Everything in our universe is information and energy vibrating at specific frequencies. Sound frequencies are a powerful tool to guide consciousness, assist with healing, clear stagnant energy, and balance energy.
Tuning forks are used to balance the body's energy with sound and vibrations. It reduces tension and promotes emotional harmony. The forks are used in the aura and on parts of the body. Tuning forks make use of vibrational frequencies that increase energy flow in the body.
The 528 hz Solfeggio crystal bowl is also used in this therapy. It is one of the most researched in the solfeggio frequencies. It has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and promote emotional release. The Solfeggio frequencies have been used across various cultures to promote mind and body health.
Other frequency instruments are also used in this session.
Each treatment is intuitively guided created in a personalised space for recalibration, renewal and to bring the body back to its natural rhythm.

Mediumship
Mediums raise their vibrations to connect to spirit; it becomes a blending of energies. No one is ever truly gone. I explain to many of my clients that when people pass, it is like a butterfly. They are cocooned and then transform into a beautiful butterfly. They are still your loved one, just transformed. I am a Psychic Medium, which means I use my Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, Clairaudience, and Claircognizance with my connections to spirit. Mediumship is not guaranteed. The loved one we may want to come through is not always the person who does come through. This is not because they don't want to; they just can't at that time. Say you would like to connect with your grandmother, but your father, aunt, other relative or friend of the family comes through. Having a photo of the person you want to connect to can help create that link.

House Clearing

Every space holds energy, stains, emotions and imprints that can influence how you feel within it. Over time, these energies can become heavy, stagnant or unsettled.
House clearing is a sacred process designed to gently release what no longer belongs, restoring harmony, clarity, and a sense of calm to your environment.
Using a blend of smoke cleansing (sage), sound therapy, anointing oils and intuitively guided sacred symbols, I will help to release what no longer belongs in your space. This works on the physical and energetic levels of your space, supporting a sense of lightness and balance throughout your home. This process is tailored to your home and your experiences.
As a medium I will work with both the seen and unseen aspects of a space, gently guiding the energy to shift and settle, allowing your environment to feel clear, supported and aligned.

This in-person session offers a deeper, more immersive experience than the Distance Energy light sessions. It is designed to gently support you in relaxing, realigning and connecting on a core energetic level. This is a one and a half hour session.
Each session is a unique blend of Reiki energy, trance healing, and heart-centered breathwork, combined with the elements of the Eden Energy system. Through intuitive energy reading, I tune into what your body and energy field are ready to shift and support.
We also work with core energy breathwork clearing, allowing for a deeper release of stored emotional, energetic and physical tension. This process helps restore balance, clarity and a sense of grounded connection to yourself.
In this work, I act as a channel for healing intelligence, allowing energy to flow to where it is needed most within your body and energy field.
Heart-centered breathwork and core clearing breathwork support you in reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level. These practices gently guide you into awareness of your emotions, creating space for recognition, release and integration.
Elements of the Eden Energy system are also woven into the session, working with the body's meridians and energetic pathways. This helps clear energy blockages and restore balance within.
I invite you to come with an open heart, trusting in your own process and remaining open to receiving what may unfold for you.
For some people one session may be enough. For others, it is more usual to have a longer course of sessions.
How It Works
I will contact you and we will discuss any concerns you have and any medical issues. This will be private and confidential. I want to understand where you are at and what you may like to focus on. I will also send you a waiver to sign and we will discuss how the session runs.
Before you come to the session, I ask that you bathe to relax and prepare for the energy work. You can use bath salts if you like. They still work in the shower and are a simple way to cleanse the aura. You are also welcome to set an intention for what you would like to receive from the session. This can be a beautiful way to begin, though it is not required.
During the session, you may notice sensations such as tingling, warmth, or coolness. Emotions and thoughts may arise. This is completely natural. Simply allow whatever comes up to have space. Trust you are exactly where you are meant to be. The guides may come through with a message, but this is not guaranteed. Together, we will allow your session to unfold in a way that supports you.
A few days after your session, I will connect with you to see how you are integrating and offer any further support if needed.
